Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

چکیده

This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived organisational support and employee engagement on performance employees. uses quantitative research with a population employees at UD. Zacyndo safety shoe factory in Tuban Mojokerto regency. using sample 45 Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary data through distribution online questionnaires secondary documentation activities/events other written sources information as writing reference materials. analysed multiple regression SPSS version 24. The result showed that had negative insignificant performance, significant positive engagement. may improve POS better paying attention welfare produce maximum performance. In addition, strong relationships each help organisation achieve intended goals.
